During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed with the beautiful decor and the atmosphere. the hotel was tastefully decorated, creating a festive and cozy ambiance. the staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the location was perfect as it was conveniently located near key attractions, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area.

the swimming pool area was in need of some maintenance.

I couldn't believe my luck when I stayed at Tivoli in Sintra. It truly felt like I was stepping into a palace, with its old-world elegance and charming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I indulged in a massage at the spa and it was absolutely outstanding, leaving me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Despite the weather not being on my side, the beautiful pool added to the grandeur of the hotel. I highly recommend this historic palace for a memorable stay in Portugal.

Beautiful palace with elegant rooms, spacious gardens, and a refreshing pool. Fantastic hospitality from helpful staff. Delicious breakfast buffet and excellent dining options. Magnificent views of the countryside.

The accommodations were luxurious and the building had a certain charm. the rooms were exquisite and the cleanliness was top, notch. One advantage was being allowed a late check, out. the hotel was in a great location, very close to the main attractions in the city, making it easy to explore.

The restaurant service was slow and rigid, and the overall service lacked warmth and didn't feel genuine. the staff, to, guest ratio was high, but the service still fell short.

We had a really romantic night in a marvellous setting. The hotel's small paradise charm made it even more charming. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was worthy of kings and queens. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

Our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, with the added bonus of exclusive touches such as complimentary champagne and chocolates. the service was impeccable, with friendly staff always willing to fulfill our needs. Dining at the restaurant was a memorable experience, with delicious cuisine and a charming atmosphere. The spa and wellness center exceeded our expectations, providing top-quality massages and beauty treatments.

In this hotel, I enjoyed the stunning gardens, breathtaking views, and immaculate cleanliness. Being here was like being transported into a different era. the venue is decorated with intricate, historic pieces and is meticulously maintained.

While my room was luxurious and comfortable, I did have a minor issue with the size of the bathroom. the pool area could benefit from more sun loungers.

Wonderful breakfast, super comfortable bed, lovely staff. Enjoyed the weekend with a talented pianist. Wish we had more time. Great service, beautiful building, delicious food. Perfect location for historical attractions, but watch out for traffic. Stunning hotel with amazing spa and excellent massage. Manager was fantastic. Big TV with lots of channels. Best staff ever, patient and accommodating.
